How Do I Know What Works?

The children and youth personal development is a goal loop where you discover, plan, act, and reflect over and over again. This recurring loop of trying goals out and reflecting on what happen in order to adjust the goal teaches children and youth what actually works.
Vision

The imagery of a covenant path with obstacles and challenges, difficulties and unexpected turns is central to Children and Youth. The primary vision for the program is to help children, youth, and families meet those challenges the encounter along the covenant path.
You're Already Started

Goals don’t have to be some new thing. You are already doing many good things in your life. Parents and Leaders can use the Children and Youth initiative to connect what children and youth are already doing to their discipleship in following the Savior.

Personal Revelation

Personal revelation drives the Children and Youth initiative. When children and youth set goals, they are invited to use prayer throughout the whole process of discovering what they want to do, making plans, acting and adjusting, and reflecting on how it went.
